Your account consultant will work with you to determine the fair dates that best suit your needs including drop-off, pick-up, and family night or author events. We will review our fair categories with you to help determine which will meet the needs of your students, families, and teachers. Let us know if you have special title lists or required reading lists so we can check for availability.
Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your book fair you will receive our Resource Package which includes promotional posters, copies of our current flyer for your student body and our Book Fair Guide. We suggest hanging posters in high-traffic areas in your school and including the days, times, and special event details on your school website and other school-to-home communication. This is also the perfect time to request volunteers. Generate excitement by discussing books highlighted on our flyer and be sure to send flyers home with students.
On delivery day, our Bedford Falls Book Fair driver will assist with set-up of your fair and answer any questions you may have. Information about the number of carts & racks to expect and layout tips can be found on our Book Fair Setup page. As your fair continues, help is just a phone call or email away. Our courteous staff is happy to assist you with any technical or business questions you may have. When you need to re-order titles, submit your request by noon for prompt next-day delivery (Zone 1).
